Participant waiver

1. Assumption of risk
Participation in Avatar Robotics Combat League (“ARC League”) activities, training, rehearsals, exhibitions, or related events involves inherent risks including physical injury, equipment damage, and exposure to high-performance robotics systems. You voluntarily assume these risks.
2. Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release ARC League, Katena, venue operators, sponsors, partners, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising out of or related to your participation, except where prohibited by law.
3. Health & fitness
You represent that you are in adequate physical condition for teleoperation and related athletic activity, and will follow safety instructions from league and venue staff.
4. Media & data
Events may be recorded for broadcast, research, and league operations. You acknowledge that performance, telemetry, and likeness may be used in accordance with league policies and applicable agreements.
